Terms of Service

These are the terms for using MRR.lol. By creating an account or listing a company, you're agreeing to them. If something here doesn't make sense, email cs@mrr.lol before you rely on us for anything important.

What MRR.lol is

MRR.lol is a public directory and leaderboard where SaaS founders list their companies and report or verify their monthly recurring revenue. MRR.lol is a product of Hara Infotech Pvt Ltd (harait.com), and "we," "us," and "our" in these terms refer to Hara Infotech Pvt Ltd. We're not a broker, an investment platform, or a financial advisor, and nothing on this site is financial or investment advice. The "verified" badge means we successfully read subscription data from a provider you connected — it's not an audit, and it's not a guarantee of a company's financial health, legitimacy, or future performance.

Your account

• You need to be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials (or your connected X account) secure, and for everything that happens under your account.
• The email and any information you provide at signup needs to be accurate.

Listing your company

When you list a company, you're telling us — and everyone who sees the leaderboard — that the information is accurate. Specifically:

• Self-reported MRR must be a good-faith, accurate figure. Inflating it, or reporting revenue that isn't real recurring revenue, isn't allowed.
• You should only list a company you own or are authorized to represent.
• We can remove or relabel a listing that we determine is inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading — including downgrading a "verified" badge if verification stops working or looks wrong.

Revenue verification

Connecting a revenue provider (Stripe, Dodo Payments, Polar, or Lemon Squeezy) is optional and entirely your choice. You control the credential you give us, and you can disconnect at any time. We calculate MRR using a consistent method (active subscriptions, normalized monthly, converted to USD) — we don't adjust it manually to favor any listing. We're not responsible for a provider's downtime, API changes, or incorrect data on their end; if verification fails or goes stale, your listing reflects that.

Leaderboard rank claims

Paying to claim a numbered leaderboard spot is described in full on our Pricing page and Refund Policy — both are part of these terms. In short: claiming a spot pins your company there regardless of MRR, it's yours until someone pays more, and rank-claim payments are final.

Payments

Rank-claim payments are processed by Razorpay in USD. When you pay to claim a spot, you're paying Hara Infotech Pvt Ltd, the company behind MRR.lol. Prices (including the minimum starting price for an unclaimed spot) are shown before you pay and can change over time — a change doesn't affect a spot you already hold.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• List a fake company, or misrepresent a real one's revenue
• Try to game verification (e.g. connecting an account that isn't actually generating the revenue you're claiming)
• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy the leaderboard or company profiles for a competing product
• Attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation, security, or other users' accounts
• Use the site to spam, harass, or abuse other users through support tickets, listings, or any other channel

We can suspend or remove an account or listing that violates these terms, with or without notice, depending on severity.

Your content

You own the information you submit about your company. By listing it, you give us permission to display it publicly on MRR.lol (leaderboard, profile pages, category pages, and similar) for as long as your listing is active.

Disclaimers

MRR.lol is provided "as is." We work to keep verification accurate and the site reliable, but we don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listed company's figures — self-reported or verified — are complete or free of manipulation on the company's end. Use your own judgment before relying on any figure you see here.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, MRR.lol isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including decisions made based on information you saw here. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing cs@mrr.lol. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. A rank claim you hold at the time of termination is forfeited — it isn't refunded, consistent with our Refund Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do — continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
