Refund Policy

The short version: listing your company, self-reporting or verifying your MRR, and your public profile are free — there's nothing to refund there. The only paid feature is claiming a leaderboard spot, and those payments are final. Details below.

Free features

Creating an account, listing a company, self-reporting or verifying MRR, and everything on your founder dashboard costs nothing, so no refund policy applies to any of it.

Leaderboard rank claims

Claiming a numbered leaderboard spot (see Pricing) is a pay-to-hold mechanic, not a subscription or a one-time purchase of a good — you're paying to hold a position until someone else pays more for it. Because of how that works:

• All rank-claim payments are final and non-refundable. This applies whether you're actively holding the spot, or someone later outbids you and takes it — the money you paid is what secured the spot for the time you held it, and it isn't returned in cash when the spot changes hands.
• If you're outbid, what you paid does stay on record as credit toward that exact position: reclaim the same spot later with the same company and you'll only be charged the difference above what you already put in, not the full price again.
• There is no cooling-off period, trial, or "change of mind" refund for a rank claim, since the spot is awarded and visible immediately.
• If a payment fails or is never completed, you're not charged, and no claim is made.

When we will refund you

We'll refund a rank-claim payment if:

• You were charged more than once for the same claim due to a technical error on our end.
• You were charged but the spot was never actually awarded to your company because of a bug or processing failure on our end (not because someone else outbid you in the normal course of the claim — that's covered above, not this).
• We're required to by law in your jurisdiction.

If you think one of these applies to you, email cs@mrr.lol with your payment reference (from your confirmation email) and a description of what happened. We'll look into it and get back to you.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay. When you pay to claim a spot, the merchant you're paying is Hara Infotech Pvt Ltd, the company behind MRR.lol — that's the name you'll see on your card or bank statement. We don't store your card details ourselves. Any refund we approve is issued back through Razorpay to your original payment method, and can take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
